D & W Entertainment Group, Inc. has a corporate philosophy of integrity, workmanship, reliability, and honesty; we strive to meet these goals. Throughout our years of experience, one thing we have learned is a satisfied customer is the best reward.

Our Motivation

People are motivated by various things: money, fame, success, and others; D & W is motivated by passion. Our enthusiasm comes from a love of the business, the art, the experience, the smiles, and the excitement. There is a feeling of accomplishment when you see everyone dancing, having a great time, smiling, hugging, and enjoying the celebration of the festivities. We believe when you do what you love, it is never a job; it is always an adventure.

One of the hardest things to find today is integrity; most say they have, few can describe it. Integrity for D & W is sticking to our policy, sticking to our mission, sticking to our goal, and sticking to our philosophy. One of our policies is to never negotiate on service, and our integrity ensures this policy. It is in a client’s best interest to ensure they are getting the best quality service for their event, and their dollar, and we feel we can assure this objective through our experience, knowledge, equipment and service. One must have the courage to say no, the courage to face the truth, the courage to do the right thing; these are the magic keys to living with integrity.

Workmanship

D & W Entertainment Group puts 100% in every event; it’s part of our integrity, and our workmanship. We enjoy every aspect of what we do, as we believe the test of a true vocation is the love of the drudgery involved.
DJ’ing, contrary to popular belief, is a lot of work. Years of dedication and practice goes into the art that is performed on a weekly basis. We hire only the most tested and true professionals, who have proven a track record of success, and adhere personally to our core corporate philosophy.

Reliability

“Say what you mean, and mean what you say.”
That mantra is what defines our reliability. If we say we’re going to be there, we’re going to be there; If we say we can supply something, we will supply it; and if we say we’re going to provide a service, we provide it. We do everything that we promise, be it in the performance, service, music, or other. We remain reliable because of what we provide; we do not over-exert ourself, because at the end of the day, simplicity is a prerequisite for reliability.

Honesty

The corner stone of D & W Entertainment Group is our honesty; we believe a half truth, is a whole lie. Planning an event can be a stressful endeavour, and the last thing an event planner or bride needs is a dishonest person trying to take advantage of a stress-filled situation. Many entertainment providers relish this opportunity, and use the stress of the event to secure a booking; not us. A lie may take care of the present, but it has no future.
D & W is relying 100% on its reputation for future business, and our reputation is built from our character. A man’s reputation is what others think of him; his character is who he really is.
